1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bar Trivia Boss ("App"), you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About the App

Bar Trivia Boss is a competitive trivia entertainment app designed for adult use at bars, restaurants, and social events. The App is operated by Jones & Sons Apps LLC, an Alabama limited liability company.

3. Age Restriction

The App is strictly for users 21 years of age and older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to an underage user.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must provide a valid email address to register. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions

• Category Packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once delivered.
• VIP Pass is a recurring monthly subscription billed at the stated price. You may cancel at any time from your Profile screen; cancellation takes effect immediately.
• All purchases are processed by Square, Inc. subject to their terms of service.
• Sales tax may be applied where required by law. Tax is calculated automatically by our payment processor, Square, at the time of checkout.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App or its content.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
• Submit false or misleading information to leaderboards or challenges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Bar Trivia Boss, including questions, graphics, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to Jones & Sons Apps LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of trivia content, or compatibility with all devices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jones & Sons Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alabama.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
